The second edition of the Spin Charts report covers the dynamic online slot landscape on Stake from April to June 2025. During this period, it delivers insights into player behaviour, game performance, and emerging trends.

The Spin Charts Q2 report is focusing on the Top 200 games by bets and by wager, as well as the performance of new games released during the first two weeks of the quarter. With this latest data, Spin Charts uncover several intriguing changes and new patterns that are defining the future of online slots.

  • Player betting is heavily concentrated on established game series. Collections like Pragmatic's Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Big Bass, and especially the fast-growing Joker's Jewels are dominating player activity, showing a clear preference for familiar brands and game mechanics.

  • The highest ranks are consistently occupied by sequels or enhanced versions of existing hits (e.g., Gates of Olympus 1000, Sweet Bonanza 1000), proving this to be a powerful strategy for maintaining top-tier performance.

  • The immediate top-10 success of Big Bass Rock and Roll shows that strategic Exclusive titles are highly effective at driving instant, high-volume engagement for new titles.

  • Stake Engine has quickly become a platform for new studios and titles to excel. Notably, Massive Studios has made an explosive impact, securing three spots in the Top 10 for new games by wager

Brais Pena, Chief Strategy Officer at Easygo, highlighted: “We're seeing a clear trend of player preference for established game series, alongside the powerful impact of strategic exclusive titles. The significant growth in overall wagers and new game activity underscores the vibrancy of this market, and we're excited to continue decoding these trends for the industry."

What stood out in the Spin Charts Q2

In Q2 2025, several established titles saw impressive growth by bets, reflecting players continued preference for trusted brands. Joker’s Jewels by Pragmatic rose from sixth place in Q1 to third in Q2, while Gold Party climbed from seventeenth to eighth, and Triple Pot Gold jumped from twenty-ninth to tenth. These gains highlight how familiar mechanics continue to drive engagement.

At the same time, some previous leaders experienced notable declines. New releases made a strong entrance in Q2. Leading the bets charts were Gates of Olympus Super Scatter in first place, Big Bass Rock and Roll in second, and Pray for Three in third, followed by Big Bass Bonanza 1000 in fourth and Mummy’s Jewels in fifth.

Looking at wagers, several games made significant gains.
