Phone and video interview
Chat with our recruitment team who will guide you through our entire process. You’ll meet via phone or video, where they will tell you more about the role,
our business, and the team you will be joining. We’ll get to know you, your motivations, and your previous experiences.

Leadership interview
An interview with your potential manager and one other team member to assess your technical skills and cultural fit for the role. We’ll also discuss the expectations of the role where you’ll have a chance to ask us questions relating to the position and our company culture.

Meet the team/task
Meet with some of the wider team and the people that you will work alongside. You’ll
have the opportunity to complete a relevant task to determine whether this is a good fit for both parties.
