Behind every smart decision at Easygo, there's the Business Intelligence team that made it possible.
BI is the engine powering the insights that guide everything from daily ops to long-term strategy. They help teams stop guessing and start knowing. In 2025, the focus was on making sure that engine could scale with the rest of the business.
It was a foundational year in every sense. Scaling tools, strengthening governance, and bringing real structure and maturity to how data moves across departments. From a full tech stack overhaul to ensuring every function has dedicated BI support, the team built the infrastructure that was actually needed.
The team delivered some major wins. Team members helped bring Sportsbook’s new cashout model to life and created an AI-powered thumbnail generator for Stake Engine that produces on-spec visuals instantly. Less waiting, faster go-to-market.
The team has grown fast, from fewer than 15 to 24 strong, and has moved well beyond basic reporting into advanced analytics territory. And every Friday, they close out the week with "BI Friyays": with wins shared, questions raised, and a proper moment to celebrate.
2026 has been about something bigger: giving the whole business the ability to move on data independently. The vision is a future where every team can generate their own insights without waiting in a queue - faster decisions, more confident action, and a business that keeps moving.
Not a legal point, but we would recommend not including this statement given the nature of the comms. If we're hiring in this team, do we want to raise the notion that roles could also be replaced by self-service tools?
