Creative team FAQ

Expertise
Both, depending on the role. But honestly? The label matters less than the ability to execute. We want people who are great at their craft and curious enough to stretch beyond it. What thrives is mastery with range.
Real work. Real outcomes. Show us what you built, what problem it solved, and what happened next. We're not looking for a greatest hits collection. We want to understand how you think, how you work, and what you're actually proud of. Context beats polish every time.
Not at all. Our platforms span livestreaming, game design, sports betting, and beyond. What we care about is whether you can solve hard problems in a fast-moving environment. The industry knowledge? You'll pick that up. The hunger to learn it? That one you’ll need to bring.
Culture
Three things: humble, hungry, and smart. Humble enough to share credit and learn from others. Hungry enough to spot gaps and fill them without being asked. Smart enough to read a room, handle feedback well, and make the people around them better. Skills get you in the door but those three get you far.
People who are self-motivated and don't need to be managed into action. Team players who define success collectively. Growth mindset over ego. Emotional intelligence over just being the loudest voice. If you're someone who sees a problem and moves toward it, you'll fit right in.
People who wait to be told what to do. Those who talk in "I" when the whole team built the thing. Anyone who treats feedback as a personal attack rather than a tool to get better. We move fast and we're honest with each other. If that feels uncomfortable, this probably isn't your playground.
Application process
Typically two to three rounds depending on the role. We start with a conversation about you, your motivations, and how you work. From there you'll meet the people you'd actually be working with. Some roles include a practical challenge, not to trick you, but to see how you think when it's real. We close the loop either way. Always.
Some roles, yes. When we do, it's not a trick test or a free work grab. It's your chance to show us how you approach a real problem. We'll tell you upfront if it's part of your process and give you everything you need to do it well.
Start with the job description. Know it properly. Then come ready with real stories, not hypotheticals. We use Explain, Tell me, and Describe questions to get past rehearsed answers and into how you actually think and operate. Structure your examples clearly: what was the situation, what did you do, and what happened because of it. And save some questions for us. The ones you ask say as much about you as the ones you answer.
